Vitamins and minerals: is another essential part of ABC's of nutrition. They are critical for the proper functioning of your body. If you do not take enough of these vitamins and minerals you will be very sick and can even die. These substances can be found in fruits and vegetables.

Water: a large percentage of our bodies are made up of water. Water is the most important element in our lives. If we go without it for just a few days we will die.
