A fixed fitness plan is perfect for those who have a target in mind that they wish to get in certain time period. But incase there’s no fixed target to achieve then a home fitness program is the best for it provides complete freedom and that too without taking a lot of time. Just remember before starting any exercise make sure you talk to a fitness expert for minimizing the risk of injury and getting the best out of the schedule.
