There is speed , dating , and speed meeting and all manner of 5 minute interactions that are meant to get you together with your future lover. Truth is humans thrive on interaction and without that interaction they find it hard to get the deep feeling necessary to find love.

So Im sorry to say the first steps in your search for love is to change your inner self so that you deep down you are comfortable with falling in love, with others because no matter what they say if you cannot love yourself you cannot love others. Now how do you love yourself.

To find love in yourself you need to lighten up a bit on yourself and start to roll with your inner motions . The important thing here is not to stress about little things to start to find love and importantly humour in the most adverse of circumstances.
